By using our website or placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms.

Handmade Products

Our products are individually handmade and hand-finished. Because of this, no two pieces will be exactly identical. Slight variations in color, dimensions, shape, paint, patina, rust patterns, welds, texture, and other details are a natural part of handmade metal art and are not considered defects.

Product photos are intended to accurately represent our work, but colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, and your screen.

Orders & Payment

Payment must be completed at checkout before an order enters production or is prepared for shipment. We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if we are unable to fulfill it.

Processing & Shipping

Many of our products are handmade to order, so processing times may vary depending on the item, order size, and current workload. Estimated processing and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delays caused by the carrier, severe weather, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Returns

We accept eligible returns when requested within 7 days of delivery. Returned products must be in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was sent.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Photos of the product and packaging may be required so we can determine the best solution.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, repair, partial refund, or full refund.

Custom Orders

Custom and personalized products are made specifically for the customer and generally cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from the agreed-upon design.

Once production has begun, custom orders may not be eligible for cancellation.

Outdoor Metal Products

Many of our products are intended for outdoor display. Exposure to sunlight, rain, moisture, humidity, salt, soil, and other environmental conditions can naturally change the appearance of metal and painted finishes over time.

Rust, fading, patina, and other weathering that develops through normal outdoor exposure are not considered manufacturing defects.

Product Use & Safety

Customers are responsible for properly installing, securing, displaying, and using purchased products. Metal artwork may contain pointed edges, stakes, or other components and should be handled appropriately.

Our products are decorative items and are not toys. Keep them away from small children when appropriate.

Intellectual Property

All original product designs, photographs, artwork, logos, written content, and other materials displayed on our website remain the property of their respective owner and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages resulting from improper installation, misuse, modification, normal weathering, or use of our products contrary to their intended purpose.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version posted on our website at the time of purchase will apply to that transaction unless otherwise required by law.
