Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Since each of our metal garden pieces is handmade, small variations in color, finish, texture, and detailing are normal and make each piece unique.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we made a mistake with your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work with you to make it right through a replacement, repair, or refund when appropriate.

Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping charges, when applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Custom & Personalized Orders
Custom or personalized pieces are made specifically for you and are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was agreed upon.

Handmade Variations
Our pieces are individually handmade rather than mass-produced. Slight variations in dimensions, paint, patina, rust patterns, welds, and finishing details are expected and are not considered defects.
